At Palmer’s American Grille contemporary dining is our passion!
With ingredients fresh from the market to our Chef, John Catalanotto,
our exquisite service, and elegant yet friendly atmosphere, it

The Powell Room and the Lenox Room are named after two well known
founding members of Farmingdale Village. Their décor and ambiance
are cast for a relaxing and elegant visit. Our attention to detail
in the preparation and presentation of dishes such as our baby
artichoke hearts, Beef Wellington, rack of New Zealand lamb, hazelnut
encrusted Chilean sea bass, and fresh farm vegetables, will delight
your palate and fulfill even the heartiest of appetites.
